That's something I have never, ever done. Passively or actively. It doesn't appeal to me greatly, because it seems like it could be kinda painful, but I always say I'll try (almost) anything once, so who knows? It could be the best thing ever. I'll let you know if I ever give it a whirl.

I do like the scary medical aesthetic appeal of urethral sounding devices , though. Shiny metal stuff always seems so sexy to me.
