The trick is to figure out how to isolate where they are inside you...if you push them up as far inside you as you can, and then squeeze them enough to move them down, then you have isolated that particular area, and then you know how it feels to clench those particular muscles.
You can start working on it that way. Then, learn how to use the muscles to push the balls down, an inch or so at a time, until they are almost out of you, and do it in reverse. Once you can suck them back in with just your muscles, you can start to further isolate the sections.
I don't know if that is clear or not. But once you figure out how to move the balls around inside you at will, then you have the key to that ripple effect.
