Ronald Regan 1911-2004

He was a bum of a president and should never have been seated.

That being said.

Watching someone die of alzheimers is terrible.

Nancy can finally move on with her life.

Ronald and yes news just on that he has died.

As a world wide view, he was a good man and a good president

its not on google.

typical if its true though, brave former president gives his life fighting the forces who said D Day anniversary is the sixth, not the fifth.

I heard his health was failing and that his time was close.

I didn't think he'd keel over today.

How much airtime do you think his corpse will take away from the 60th anniversary of D-Day?

Sometimes, when someone is starving for attention, it's better to let them starve to death…or strangle them

Blessed

God blessed us all with President Reagan's leadership, and guidance during a tough time in out country.

amen to that

My father, the die hard republican was a reaganite, and I grew up in a Reagan household, and I'm actually rather fond of him. I'd take him over W any day.

I can't believe he was 93..

There was a song in the mid-late 80's that used to play on the popstations with a bunch of political sound clips, with of course "Win one for the Gipper", "Bedtime for bonzo" and a few other gems.

I know that's vague, but does ANYONE remember it?

gosh..I remember sending the white house c/o R. Reagan a dardenne elementary tee shirt from out elementary school....with a cute little knight on it...heh..wow

I didn't give President Reagan the respect he deserved until my husband persuaded me to read some books regarding his life and presidency. Once I did, I saw him more as a person than as a political figure, and I was able to more fully respect and admire his accomplishments.

The relationship he and Nancy shared was one for the ages. if you ever have the time or inclination, I totally recommend reading "I love you, Ronnie." It's a collection of letters that he wrote her throughout their relationship, and it's just a beautiful story. It really gives the reader insight into the kind of person he was.

RIP, President Reagan...and thank you.:rose:
