Generally the feel is pretty good, its not better than the real thing, but it is a nice alternative to the hand. I have one of the original models, new ones are available with bumps and other extra stimuli in the sleeve, I may need to upgrade - mine is just smooth
Offthewall30 - yes I did get off into it - it cleans up very easily. It wedges nicely between two seat cushions on the sofa - its at the perfect height when I'm on knees in front of it.
