Can't help you out too much on the topic... but as for the pic problem... use any photo editing program... if all else fails you can use Microsoft Paint. each one has a resize or dimensions tool. You want to make it a 640x480 jpg image for it to fit good. I hope this helps... good luck with the thread :D

think i got it although it aint very good quality it was at first but beacause i have had to edit it to fit it on here it doesnt look that good.
