//Captain O'Hallaran//

GRAVES!!!!!!!!!!!!!

*The Captain's Voice boomed through the precinct. Another tip that Davidson was again questioning Undercover department heads and their informants about Devigal. He waited in the door of his office for one of his more renegadeish detectives to get to the Office. He had hopes that with Faith away that Davidson would have eventually fallen into line with all the other normal by the book detectives in that Precint. SO far his hopes were not proving to have any chance of happening. Not withj Faith having been gone so long on this undercover case and also being late on reporting in. He was worried about her too but could not let that stop it from being business as usual after all she and her sister were his god daughter*

~Faith~

*She sat drugged, half out of it in a lavish room. Blonde hair fixed fixed up by one of the other girls a soft velvety dress she had managed to gain favor with various of the under bosses till she found herslef in LA. ALl the way from Port Claires. She had no concious idea where she was but knew she was at the Final "destination" the Top of the Food Chain so to speak of this organization now to see what will happen here that will give her the chance to bust up the operation and go home*

Det. Graves

Detctive Davidson Graves sat at his desk, going over some files when he heard the Captain's voice yelling to him from down the hall. He dropped the file on his desk and rubbed hs eyes. Graves had no beesleeping much lately, ever since his partner, Detective Faith Devigal went missing while on an undercover assignment. He raised out of his seat and walked to the captain's office. He stepped through the open doorway and sat down on front of the big desk. Graves listened as the Captain kept asking him questions about the search for Faith, mostly insisting that he wasn't doing enough. He assured Captain O'Hallaran that he was doing all he could to find his partner, and then stood up to leave.

Graves grabbed his trench coat and pulled it on. He shrugged, making sure the shoulder holsters were fittng properly, then walked out of the precinct to his car. He had just gotten another lead on where Faith might be, and was goingto check it out.

((OOC: WOnders wehre the sister or the others villians are *lol*))

*A street punk named Bozlin had heard a few things and left word that he would share his knowledge of "THe Brotherhood" for a price with THe Precinct*

Det. Graves parked his car and got out. He walked up the block to the proposed meeting place with the informant. He walked up to the establishment and went through the door. The air was filled with smoke and the lights were dim, except up on stage where a topless woman in a red thong was grinding against a brass pole, her hips swaying to the beat coming from the soundsystem. A bunch of men were at the edge of the stage, waving money in the air in an effort to gain her attention.

Graves walked towards the VIP room where the person was supposed to be waiting for him. He went through the curtain and went into the last room on the right. Inside was a man sitting on a chair. There was a black woman with no clothes on grinding in is lap. She didn't seem to care about the new arrival as she continued moving to the music. Graves sat down on the sofa against the adjacent wall and waited for the lapdance to end. The woman took her money and clothes and left the room.

"Okay, whadya got for me?" Graves asked Bozlin.

"Well, I may have some info for you about the Brotherhood. But you know this info is very valuable, and also dangerous to speak of. I will need some compensation befre we continue." Graves reached into his wallet and pulled out some money. Bozlin took it and nodded. He pressed a button on the wall before pulling out a piece of paper, which he handed to Graves. "That address is a place supposedly run by the Brotherhood. They run a number of hustles out of there, including gambling and sex." As he said this, another woman walked into the room. Graves put the slip of paper away and got up to leave. Bozlin was whispering to the woman before she got on her knees in front of him and unzipped his pants. Graves walked back out to the car and decided to visit the new address he had. Maybe he could find out something about Faith.

Valia

My hands trembled ever so slightly against the steering wheel as for not the first time I realized this was still so knew to me. Faith never would have been nervous doing such a simple ting as following her partner to the dark side of town. And yet every time I passed a derelict along the road my body shook in an almost uncontrollable fashion. Daddy would never approve of me trying to follow in his and Faith's footsteps.

I never would have contemplated this idea before, but then again I never worried about Faith before. She was of course the son that father never had. She had always been able to take care of herself on the streets. I, on the other hand, was the more intellectual type when it came to school, but Daddy definitely sheltered me more. Granted, he approved of my lifestyle, what little of a life I actually led. I had to admit that a former kindergarten teacher didn't have much opportunity to lead a wild and exciting life.

I felt a little excited right at this moment as I pulled discretely behind the detective. Especially when I noticed the name of the establishment he was entering. Any door that announced totally live nudes and had a name like "The Licking Lizard" could only invite a rather seemly clientele. I felt my cheeks redden at each sideways glance I gave to the front door. I pushed my glasses further up my nose while trying to decide whether or not to enter.

My mind was made up for me rather quickly as I noticed Detective Graves exiting the building. Unfortunately I think I was made when he looked over in my direction.

~Faith~

*Eyes fully open she glanced around the room wondering where she was but realized by the other girls around the room that it must be somthing special to the Leaders of the brotehrhood. All dressed in some sort of finery and well kept appearance she slowly tried to stand looking around. Taking slow steps on still drugged feet she blinked a little to get used to the dim light. Which one had chosen her who would have heard of her from this the top rung of this outfit. FInally maybe teh case would be over soon and she could get home. To her kid sister and... Davidson... WHy she thought of him exactly she was unsure but wanted to see him again none the less*

//The Addy was to yet antoher seedy dive on the outskirts of town half way to LA. The Lady Cat. Alledged half way house for Runaways and other strays as it were not suprising that it was a front for the Brotherhood//

Detective Graves walked out of the establishment and was thinking to himself. He happened to look up and caught a glimpseof something familiar. He did a double-take and instantly recognized the face in the car a short distance away. He walked over to the driver's window and leaned forward to speak to her. "I never would have expected to see you here. Trying to find some sleazy entertainment?" Davidson asked her, a smile on his face.

Valia

My face reddened yet again but this time it was caused by anger. Who did this cocky man think he was? I could not imagine ow Faith tolerated this brute. It was incredulous to think that he could imply that I, of all people, would frequent such an esablishment.

"For your information, Officer, I am here to find out what is going on with my sister," I answered him, unable to keep the disdain from my voice. Oh how I wished I had asked Faith to teach me a few tricks of the trade. That way I wouldn't have had to put up with this garrish rogue.

"Well, do you have any information about Faith, or not?" I demanded.

Davidson laughed at the tone of Valia's voice. "Since when are you in the business? Faith never told me her sister was a cop too," he said sarcastically. He saw the look on her face when he said that. "Your picture is on her desk and she has talked about you quite a bit."

Davidson walked ovr to the passenger's side and waited for the doo to be opened. He got in and closed the door. "First, you don't have to address me as officer, you can call me Davidson, or if you insist on being formal, Det. Graves. And yes, I do have some information on Faith's whereabouts. But, you know, it is really against regs to dispense information during an ongoing investigation."

Valia

My mind was screaming, "To hell with the regs!! Tell me!! Tell me!!" Instead I thought that a more reserved approach may be more in order.

"Det. Graves," I addressed him formally on purpose. I didn't appreciate his tone. "Do you think that you could make an exception in this case? I really am very worried about Faith."

He looked at me thoughtfully for a moment but I was unable to read his thoughts. I suppose most women would find him attractive. Okay so I had to admit he did have an appeal.

Davidson looked at her as she asked him the question. After all his years as a detective, he could read people very well, and he could tell that she was trying to maontain some composure. But he really couldn't blame her, after all, it was her sister that was missing.

"Well, there is something you could do for me in return for the info I can give you. I could use your help with this next paartof the investigation, although I'm not sure if a good innocent woman such as yourself would be able to go through with something like this."

Valia

Was there a sign pasted on me somewhere? I hardly knew this man and yet he was able to ascertain that I was a "good innocent." How could he just assume something like that? The nerve of him. He grated more and more on my nerves. I was almost bound and determined to prove his conceptions wrong.

"What exactly did you have in mind, Detective Graves?"

Davidson looked into her eyes, determining if he should really go through with this. "Well, I was given an address by an informant to a place where Faith may have bee seen. The only problem is that it an underground sex club known for its' hookers and such. They may be a little weary about a single man just showing up, but they would probably be more accepting of a couple looking for a good time."

Valia

A couple looking for a good time? I am not that naive that I didn't know what was meant by that. But still... I must have had that deer caught in the headlights look because he grinned slightly in my direction. Regaining my composure I responded to his request.

"Detective, I am willing to do anything in order to save my sister."

Really, anything? I thought to myself when she said that. "Okay, Valia, let's go. You can drive there now and we can get this over with."

Valia put the car in gear and we started off, me giving her directions on how to get to The Lady Cat. We didn't talk much, until we approached the place and I had to remind her that we had to look like a married couple. She parked a block away and we walked up to the door. "Ready?" I asked her. She nodded and we walked in. We were met bythe sight of numerous scantily clad women walking around and sitting on couches and chairs, talking and drinking with the men, and some women, who were there. I placed my hand on Valia's ass and got some pleasure out of her reaction as a woman walked up to us and asked if we wanted anything to drink. We gave her our orders and then walked ovr to an empty couch to sit.

Valia

I wondered who in the hell this man thought he was to put his hand on my behind in such a way. When the waitress walked away I asked him if that was absolutely necessary. He simply grinned and nodded his head.

Then I got an eyeful of the scantily clad women dispersed throughout the room. What kind of place was this exactly? And hoped that Faith was nowhere near this filth and disgust. I shuddered at the very idea of her being involved in things of this nature.

"I may be a bit naive, I realize," I whispered to the Detective, "but what sort of establishment is this exactly?" I pushed the glasses further up my nose, a bad habit I had when I was nervous.

Davidson heard Valia's question and chuckled to himself. "Well, dear, we are here to have a good time. These women are basically here to cater to our every sexual desire, for a price." One of the women walked by, a lovely blonde with obviously enlarged breasts. I motioned for her to stop and pulled her into my lap. Looking at Valia, I said, "So honey, what do you think of this one?"

Valia

What did I think of her? Gee, I knew better not say what I was thinking. She looked awfully cheap to me. But then again, what do I know? Think fast, Valia, for the proper response. My mind was racing for an answer.

"Very sexy, Dear," was all I could come up with at the moment. My hand started to reach up to adjust my glasses but stopped myself short. I really must cease doing that. I had to keep thinking of something more to say.

"The important thing is how you feeling about her."

I grinned at Valia's response. She is a quick thinker, I said to myself. I started rubbing my hand up and own the woma's thigh. "Actually, I think she will do just fine for us." I thenlooked up at the woman and asked her, "And what is your name, cutie?" "Bunny," she responded with a grin. "Well Bunny," I said, "why don't you sit on my wife's lap and get acquainted with her?"

//A rather tall seeming "Military" type woman looked to Graves for a moment before walking over leaning to his ear* Bozlin said you would be here Lets talk... Follow//

Valia

Sit on my lap? Surely I had misunderstood what the detective was saying. I really must get my hearing checked. And yet, there she was; Bunny sat on my lap and looked straight into my eyes. Oh my, she really should have put more clothes on.

I didn't want to blow our cover but surely the detective must be out of his ever loving mind!! The rational side of my brain told me to calm down. The emotional side told me I would be crazy to go along with this madness.

"Um..hello Miss Bunny. And how are you tonight?" I asked her, hopefully stalling for some time.

Davidson looked on with some delight as Bunny slid over and sat on Valia's lap. He could tell that Valia was nervous, yet trying to disguise it. "Well, why don't the two of you get acquainted while I go talk to someone. I'll be right back and the maybe the three of us can have a private party," he said wth a grin before getting up and following the woman.

Valia

Bunny asked me how I was doing in a slow southern drawl. Her smile was tantalizing as I looked into her baby blue eyes. I was still a little too nervous to reply to her question. I shot a quick glance at Davidson as he walked away with a woman I assumed was some sort of bouncer.

Bunny wiggled a little in my lap and asked me what I wanted. I was slightly ashamed of myself for enjoying her perch on my lap. I suddenly recalled a dream I had once had where I had an affair with a woman whose face I never could discern.

"What exactly do you want, Honey?" she asked me in that southern voice.

Good question I thought. Now what do I do for an answer. I didn't want to let Davidson down and I had to admit that I was a bit curious.

"What do you do?" I responded with a question of my own.

"Whatever you want." Bunny replied.

Think fast again, Valia. What can I tell her to stall her until Davidson gets back.

"Dance for me Bunny."
