I believe most men hold the view that 'if it (menstruation) doesn't happen to me, it can't be good/healthy/normal.' However, I should make it clear that I'm not most men. In fact, I'm an owl!

Personally, I masturbate like crazy when I am on my period cause nothing aside of Vicadin helps more with the cramps. I've never understood why people get so grossed out about menstration, periods etc. Dh doesn't care we still have sex while I'm having a period. I'm usually more horny right before and at the end of my period. Great to see some men that don't mind it.

Well, in the sense that a lot of people are squeamish about blood in general, it makes perfect sense to them to be squeamish about the menses. As for me, I used to love watching a cable TV show about the E. R. called 'Trauma Center' because, given my own personal history, I've seen a lot of blood. Sure some stuff on that show got to me at that particular moment, but I never had nightmares about the show (not saying anyone has nightmares about a woman's period, though).
Anyway, I've rambled on enough. You all get my point.
