the Sci-Fi channel is going to do a new Battlestar Gallactica miniseries in December!!!!
AHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!
I LOVED that show
'course the phrase "By your command" is required from those who sub to me


Only thing that worries me is that it won't be the same with someone else as Appolo

One of the advantages of age, you find more women who like geeks

And Sci-Fi/Fantasy/Horror girls (like my Pouty) are the BEST kind of freaks!

I've read quite a bit about this remake and it seems to be another one of those 'use an old, familiar name to sell an entirely different show' shows.

When the stars tell you to not watch it, you know it's going to be bad.

Interesting...but not surprising given some of the decisions going on at Sci-Fi. Still, I am happy to see them continuing with speculative fiction rather than more trash like John Edwards *shrug*

Side point: The story ideas of the original series were based, in part, on the Book of Mormon
I wonder if that's part of the reason they're moving away in this one?

I have a feeling that its going to be bad. But, if done right, it could be great. It depends, I guess, on if you want to follow the old story line or try to do something different.

Mr prediction, younger viewers, not as familiar with the original, will love it, older viewers, will not.

I'll watch it out of curiousity.
