Hi Out There in Lit Land,
I have to say I'm not actually expecting this to be successful, but for some reason I just felt like writing this down tonight. I think I may be starting to look for "the" girl for me. I know the Lit boards are kind of weird to be looking for love in, but, stranger things have happened.
I'm not particularly lonely right now, I have a great group of friends, I date actively (just not seriously), meet lots of good looking girls, but I'm just not finding what I'm looking for. I haven't been "in love" for about 3 years now though, and I'm finally starting to miss it. This time I want to find a woman who there is a distinct possibility of spending an extended period of time with (and who would possibly like to conquer the world as well
)
OK, so here goes. My description first, then what I'm looking for in a girl below. If you make through all this you may be the woman I'm looking for.
General Stuff about me:
I'm a 32 year old white male, a doctoral student, so I'm not wealthy, although I used to be (economic bubble refugee ), and probably will be doing very OK again in a couple years. I work hard and I play hard. I do lots of fun things and go to cool places. I'm an agnostic, but probably close to Buddhism in spirirtual outlook, but with no dogma whatsoever. Middle of the road politically, with libertarian leanings. I'm a recreational athlete and I have a gymnast like body (martial arts, yoga, etc)
Good Stuff for a woman:
I'm devastatingly cute
I have a ripped bod
I have off the scale intelligence
I can talk about any subject under the sun
I'm a true romantic and I like to go out to dinner and the arts
I'm a great dancer
I play guitar and have a decent voice
I've been known to make women have multiple orgasms and make love for hours on end
Bad Stuff for a woman:
I focus intensely on work, sometimes ignoring the rest of the world
I can be absent minded and lose myself in information
I can be sexually addictive (Its my only addiction though)
I need to be in constant sympatico with a lover, and will sometimes drive a girl nuts by asking her what she is thinking about every hour or so
What am I looking for in a girl? Primarily -> PASSION
I want a woman who wants to take on the world with me. Someone who is going to kick my ass, and who wouldn't mind when I kick back. I want to build a relationship that is so brilliant that people just are in awe of the two of us when we are together. Somebody who wants to do lots of "good stuff" for the people around them and the world in general.
Specifics:
Age: 22-42 (my age +/- 10)
Body: Bean Pole to Very Curvy, I'm attracted to many different body types, but I do like women who are athletically active
Height: It seems to work for me with little girls, 5'4" or shorter, 'cause I'm not that tall myself, but if a woman truly didn't care about it, not a problem for me either
Race, eye color, hair color: I like all kinds
Income, Job, Education: doesn't matter
Intelligence: she's got to be smart at something, doesn't have to be traditional IQ, could be artistic, musical, social skills, but something she is just really good at
Kids: would consider someone who is a mom for very exceptional women, I haven't decided if I would like to have any, but it would probably not be hard to convince me to have one a few years down the road
Sexuality: I do have to admit I kind of would like to find a freak. A perfect lady at the social gala, but a wanton trollop behind closed doors I'm completely unselfish once a relationship is well established and would like to find a sexual explorer in a mate.
