OOC: Unreality Nightclub

I was going to post an open RP thread, but wanted to know if anyone would be interested in joining before I did so (thus, preventing me from feeling like a jackass when the thread drops like a stone). Especially since I'm sure this premise has been done a thousand times over.

It's takes in a fantastic and surreal virtual reality world called the Unreality. Inhabited by billions of "browsers" whom spend their time shopping, eating, drinking, killing eachother for fun and other fun things that just arent as fun in the drab future time period in which our story is set. Walking down any Unreality street, you're prone to see any number of bizarre avatars ranging from true-to-life translations of the user (though perhaps missing a few pounds) to 8 ft tall robots to horned, flying spider monkey-like creatures with piked tails. The user can on any form they have the creativity to conjure, provided it doesnt exceed the set maximum hieght.

Our story would take place in one of the edgier night clubs of the Unreality, where the liquor (which users can really become intoxicated from if they're properly upgraded) slows as freely as the sex, the dancing is hot and the black-carapaced DJ in his slick mod suit takes advantage of every one of his nine gangly, clawed arms when kicking out the jams for what may be the most bizarre looking room of avatars in the Unreality.

That sounded very, very corny didnt it? Well anyway, that would be the setting. Just wanted to know if anyone would be on board.

OK, Medboy, (I hope you're still monitoring this thread) I was wondering if you'd like some plot in this thread, because if I join, it's only for one purpose.

I have another persona on Lit (that I'm not going to mention EVER AGAIN), but I like people to like his characters. I want to be a villain. That's why I created this SN, and I hope to be damn good at the intended purpose. Phoenix referred me here, and the thread looks absolutely wonderful. My only concern is that in SRP most people don't want to have a bad guy, because that usually leads to some very bad turns. So I would like to state now, that my character would only do NonConsent on PM request. If this is not something you would like in your thread, let me know. If it is, please say so and do PM me to work out the details.

Yes, but I'm going for truly malevolent here, which is why I said that no was a perfectly acceptable answer.

I 'adopted' your pm request for NC and edited it in as I thought it was a good idea, if a bit out of the true characterization and it would keep the story from being unpalitable to one who would be 'turned off' by NC.

Otherwise I think my corruption and debasing pretty much spells it out for auld Lou.

I'm up for anything in the thread. Non-consent, fatassed cats fuckign plantgirls, whatever taboo etcs you wish for.
I dont have a plotline for it planned out yet, but I hope one can evolve out of poeple's posts, and having a somebody play villain would definitely help that. Phoenix's character sounds sadistic and very nearly evil, but it's what he does with those qualities that dictates whether he's an antagonist or merely a big, bad motherfucker.

I see the Unreality as having a set of rules, and so long as Lou (Phoenix's character) uses a physical means to entice another user, however strongly, rather then outright controlling them, he's not doing anything illegal because he's not hacking into another user but rather introducing a physical element (the addictive aphrodisiac saliva and semen). But, seeing as how he has high-end equipment, he could have some hacking abilities that would keep another user from snapping out (emergency logout) while he physically forced himself on them. This would, by Unreality standards, cross the line between badass and bad guy, which is perfectly acceptable to me .

I've put more thought into this thing then I knew.
