Kantha is a new foreign student in K.P University. She looks like any other girl, except she has a mission to complete, and that is to kill the Hon. Marcus Derien. To say Marcus is powerful would be an understatement, and obviously for such a figure, security is a top priority. The only sure way to ensure his inconspicuous death is to go through his only son. He is currently a senior in K.P University, one of the best school's in the country with a very bright future.

It is Kantha's duty therefore, to get to him in any way possible and make sure that she eventually has a successful shot at his father Marcus before the semester is over. I won't give a pre-cut description of who the son will be, I will leave that up to whoever wishes to play him. However, he must be unique in his own way, with an interesting personality just to make the interaction fun and not too generic.

Acceptance will not be on a first-come-first-serve basis, if interested, you should pm me. One-liners are strongly discouraged as I prefer enough detail in posts, and lastly... as much as I'm in no rush, having to constantly wait a week for a post is a bit too much.

Sex is a given!(straight and bi) Afterall it is an SRP..so Let there be Sex... but also, Let there be a Storyline..please.

Name: Lawrence Derien (Larry to his friends)

Age: 21

Description: Standing at 6"3 inches tall, Larry isn't exactly someone you miss in a crowd. Though tall, he is definitely not the word that often accompanies it, namely "gangly". An extremely active young man, both in university sports and outdoor activities, the 250 pounds packed onto his frame has been toned and exercised to a slab of solid muscle.

A mop of thick, dark brown hair lays atop his head, and he has long since given up any attempt to keep it under control. As a result, it most often stays in a messy lump, curling heavily in the nape of his neck and with a slightly long fringe hanging over his eyes. From under this fringe, you'll find a pair of dark blue eyes the hue of icebergs, staring back at you with a slightly playful and mysterious glint, making it look like he's aware of something you're not.

He has a slightly rough, though handsome face like someone had sculpted it out of granite, but is almost always found smiling.

Personality: Though his marks are very good for his year, Larry often inspires frustration in his professors since he often coasts his way through tests instead of applying himself (not to mention his behaviour isn't exactly the kind a prestigious school would expect). Not serious in the least and extremely fun-loving, Larry would rather go out for a night with his friends or find some new activity to take up his time than study. He's also very fond of the opposite sex, often never alone for any long stretch of time.

Despite all this, Larry does have an extremely nasty temper if you manage to wear through his large reserves of patience, one which has easily landed people in the hospital in the past. He will also defend the people and things he cares for with everything he has.

Main name: Kantha (No surname)

Age: 19

Description:

She is 5 5” in height, and weighs around 126lbs. Her skin is dark, naturally tanned to a rich caramel. Even though she lived in a multi-racial society, there were a very few that were actually half Caucasian and half African. Her body is nicely shaped and strong from a lifetime of constant physical activity. Jet black curly hair falls around her shoulders, adorning a pair of piercing green eyes.

Background:

There isn’t much to say about her background. All she knows is that she was found in the streets of London…alone. But, a 2 year old running around London streets alone doesn’t really seem plausible. Then again, a lot of the things she was told made little sense also, so who was she to ask? If she valued her life she wouldn’t.

Personality:

It is said that once you tell yourself lies enough times, you actually start to believe them. Well, let’s just say Kantha is not far from falling head first into such disaster. All of her missions had required she played a certain role: a young runaway, a best friend, a virgin bride, a roommate… and the list goes on and on. The problem is that her acting skills had seemed God-given, for she found no problem fitting in anywhere.

Chances are that she really doesn’t know herself, although now that she is more mature, she does discover pieces of her personality within the roles she plays. Either way, she has no qualms flashing her bright smile if the occasion calls for it (whether it is a real smile or a fake one is a whole different issue). Besides that, she is very loyal to Dea, intelligent, and alert at all times.

She has had to do plenty things, both noble and not so much that during her assignments, however she felt no remorse afterwards. She believes that humans are not born with a conscience, rather they develop it - she just never did, call her defective, but she is strangely ok with it. Although physical combat had never been her forte due to her stature, she excelled in other things, none the less… she can at least defend herself should the need arise.

Age: 57

Build: Broad shoulders and thick neck. A hard face and slightly overweight but not obese.

Background: A self-made man, but not always legally. His parents grew up poor and consequently, had to live near the hood. They both died when he was young from stray bullets from a drive-by. He made his initial money by selling drugs on the street but was smart and invested in legal businesses. He used his street smarts and new found wealth to muscle small businesses around until he had formed a pseudo mob like organization. Eventually he expanded his empire into electronics and biotechnology (as legally as he could).

Now he owns a glass skyscraper downtown which he lives on the top floor. He has but one son whose mother has "moved on." His intense work life leaves little time for his son but the kid is spoiled due to his poor parenting skills.

Personality: He is cool as a cucumber. Exacting in his calculations and deadly quick in his delivery. He doesn’t like to be said no to, but isn’t afraid to work hard to get what he wants. To his friends he is generous, and to his enemies, merciless. He is a womanizer, and that is his weakness. He underestimates them and sees them as weak. Simply trophies to be bought and sold.

I see soo much contrast between father and son, and yet they are the same in many other ways.

Their interaction is bound to be fun! fun..to watch that is.

Keep this story going. Sorry I missed yesterday, busy day at work. I'll also be starting the night shift for a couple days, so I'll only be writing during the day.

Yes, your character hasn't.. but it is as if we are all priming him for when he will. I am predicting a nice splash of rather strong emotions here and there.. you know, to make the story more realistic and dynamic.

Don't worry about the breaks here and there, as long as we all just don't stop posting..we'll be fine. Night shift sounds dandy! I like working at nights (so I get to sleep in the day hehe - yeah I'm lazy).

I'm having a blast roleplaying with you two.. I know I've said it already, but I'll say it again.

I have a nasty final tomorrow..so tonight I'll be off, but I'll catch up tomorrow afternoon/evening.

Thanks for the compliments. I like to think I have good ideas, too bad I can't write them out as well as you. But I'm ready now to make the story more...primal.

Just thought I'd apologise for not posting too regularly - been having a slightly crazy time, but it should be easier now. And you two are fun to write with - I'm especially enjoying the dysfunctional father/son relationship.
