Okies... the guys felt all left out because they weren't invited to the get-together, so we've decided to let them cum... errrr... come 
So anyone and everyone is welcome to join!
Date(s) May 18 - 20th ~ there are a few folks that would like to fly in on Friday night. The main "partying" will be Saturday night May 19th!
Location Schaumburg ~ Hotel This is a suite hotel so each room is equipped with a separate room. These are nice so we're not all sitting on someone's bed... although piling on the beds can be fun too
We checked and it seems the cheapest way to book these rooms is to go through the hotel website itself. Expedia and Hotels.com are 50 cents higher The price is $74.50 for a one king size bed suite. Once we have enough confirmations, I'll call and see if they will reserve a block of rooms so we're not spread out all over the hotel. A few attendees have expressed the desire to book their own room so I'll leave it up to each attendee to decide if they want to bunk up together to save money.
Party time ~ 8 p.m. - ??? The Bamboo Room
Since we have a couple birthday ladies we are going to have a Tiki Bar Bash!!!!! An hour of Food, drink, and cake for $10 
This also takes care of the cover charge! I will need each attendees e-mail address in order to rsvp and they will e-mail you an invitation. PLEASE do NOT post your e-mail here! PM it to me! We will try to have extra invitations on hand for last-minute attendees. We can't guarantee this though, so please confirm on the thread if you are coming. If you prefer your attendance be kept quiet, feel free to PM me and let me know 
Fly-ins ~ The closest airport to fly into is O'hare International I will be in Friday evening and can/will be picking up some arrivals at that time. We will also arrange for your pick-up on Saturday so be sure to PM me your flight details!
For those flying in on Friday evening ~ a few attendees want to go downtown and see some sights on Saturday during the day. We're hoping to leave early enough Saturday morning to do this Everyone's welcome to join in!
