From the color I'm guessing octopus, but is it a pizza or what?

If you eat it with lots of beer, cheese and tomato.

Octopus is the most popular topping on pizza in Japan. Followed by Mayo Jaga (mayonnaise, potato and bacon)... gross indeed.

But, veggie sushi has to be amazing there.

They LOVE mayo over there. They even have a drink made of it.

Not a bad place to go at all for vegetarians, particularly if you like tofu.
