DO NOT SEE THE PET

IT IS AWFUL

YOU WILL WANT TO RIP OUT YOUR EYES AND BURN THEM FOR WATCHING IT

my friend bobby bought this movie 'cause we couldn't find it to rent anywhere. he was so excited to watch it, that he watched it without me! he kept calling me at work taunting me that he was going to watch it before i got off of my shift. and he did. then he called me to say it was the worst movie ever.

i asked how bad it was, and his adorable response was that it was so horrible it nearly turned him off bondage forever.

somehow, he is such a good person that he brought it over and watched it again with me. he kept groaning and turning over and hiding his head and whimpering things like 'god this movie is so horrible, why am i watching it again?" and truthfully? it WAS that horrible. and that poor man suffered through it again for me.

don't waste your hour and ten minutes watching this movie. don't let anyone you know buy it.

it's awful.

I didn't have great hopes for anything with that promo strategy

You were probably wise in watching it at home! A certain forum denizen almost got herself thrown out of the theater for laughing too loudly. I'm looking forward to renting for our next BAD Film Night. A friend of mine and I have movie parties every few weeks. Usually featuring really really bad sci fi or kink movies. *koffGorkoffkoff*

the trailer that i saw for it looked pretty good. *shrugs* i'm still gonna watch it, just so i can say i did..but thanks for the heads up :)
 
While I appreciate the heads up, I'll reserve judgement until I see the thing.

I remember a lot of folks reacting that way to Secretary and it's one of my favorite movies.

I loved Secretary.

Dammit! I have b-sci fi movie nights once in a while. :(

Why wasn't I invited? I have popcorn you know!

And don't forget gladiator movie nights too! And Army of Darkness night which is so cool that it gets its own night.

I couldn't stand that piece of crap either. Although the movie that is on the sci-fi channel right now is pretty bad. The spec forces types are wearing bmx bike gear as body armor and talking all the time.

They didn't even bother to paint the bike riding gear, it's semi shiney black plastic.
 
Is that the same movie where the girl is in this triangle shaped cage in the movie trailer?

the link to the trailer was sent to me by someone who knows what my name is and thought it would be funny (he'd like to put me in a cage :)) (and he knows i find that appealing)

the trailer looked LAME and i didn't investigate it any further, (if we are talking about the same movie)

yes, that is the same movie we are talking about. *shrugs* i thought the trailer made it look a little 'promising' though i realize there will probably never be a movie that will make our lifestyle look the way we want it to, even the secretary didn't do that, though it's a great movie. the guy who did 'the pet' did ALOT of research into the lifestyle, talked to alot of lifestylers and such before making the movie, i'm going to atleast watch it, so i can say that i did....whether it's good or bad....or even down right horrid
