Yes, I got out of bed today. It was intense -- oh, sorry. Misread it. ;)

Five times a week, at a gym, indoor track, treadmill, cycling, weight training. The only way to live. :) ;)

Long story, but I moved and I'm having some neck/spine issues so until my Dr. releases me I won't.

I had spent three years rehabing my body before the move.

Weights, Core, Cardio... Use it or loose it. ;)
 
Part of my routine and just did a body mass yesterday,here's the comparison from last month:

At least four times a week... sometimes jogging or walking, and most of the time aerobics in the living room to a tape of music videos or... KOTH. I have 27 pounds to lose, and I intend to sex helps tho. You know you can ride the floor the same way you ride a guy and it .... well it gets me moist! :eek:
 
The only workout i need is sexercise. *nodding and sighing*

At a gym, here in Southern California (no, I won't say which one! There are only 7 or 8 in my immediate area, so go there and watch for me.......) :rolleyes:

Aerobics
Kick-boxing, occasionally
Weights and machines
LOTS of cardio

5'-10"/121 pounds/still tight................and determined to remain that way!
 
Four to Five times per week. I've lost 40lbs in the last year and maintained a constant toning. Cardio with weight training. Today didn't go to gym, but ran 2.5 miles.
 
Every day

I do "something" every day of the week and have for over 20 years.
It is this routine that has helped to make me the fox that I am.

EVERYBODY LIKES TIGHT!! :p

I meant, as in 'muscle-tone'..............but whatever works for you, right? LOL
 
Just started a month ago--do weight machines 3 times a week and cardio 5-7 times a week. Begin working with a personal trainer this Wed and he is so HOT! 6'4 and columbian, sigh! :)
