Andrea Yates killed her children and pleaded insanity. Now, she has gotten sent to a mental hospital. Her insanity is just an act, people. She is guilty. She is NOT insane. Just evil.

If you're looking for someone to blame, blame the cunts of N.O.W. the National Organization for Women.

They think they're above the law. They think a female murderer should get away with her crime because of her gender !!!

Is that justice ?

C'mon there Sammy, she killed HER children. A better control against this would be uh, don't marry psychos.

She's not acting either, she's genuinely insane. You have to be pretty far gone to kill your own children, hell just instincts alone scream against it so much that even if your children were little hellions you'd still have a hard time seriously harming your own children. Specially for women cus maternal instincts are stronger than paternal.

The real question here is why is the insanity plea a reason not to kill them? Psycho women who kill their own children (if I'm not mistaken this is the woman who claimed God told her to) might here them same voices telling her to drive her car into a mall and see how a high a score she can rack up.

OJ Simpson (if he did it) killed his wife and her alledged lover. He doesn't know me, I haven't done shit to him, he ain't gonna kill me. I stand by my I would rather cold blooded murders on the streets than psychotic ones. (Ideally both are imprisoned for life/put to death, just if I have to chose one I like the sane ones.

I think she said she did it to save them from going to Hell. I haven't read anything about her "hearing voices", though I wouldn't be surprised if that was one of the claims.

She also said that she chose drowning because stabbing was too messy and shooting too noisy.

BTW, what are you, like 15? Or a college sophomore at least? Maternal instinct is bullshit. I thought cases like that would've made it obvious by now.
