Mother to testify against boyfriend in newborn rape case

The girlfriend of a Carroll County man charged with raping his 1-day-old daughter will testify against him in exchange for a lesser charge.

Kristina Louise Sawyer, 18, was originally charged with rape along with Jonathan Wayne Goodrum,19.

But her attorney Steve West says she will plead guilty June 6th to a lesser charge of failure to report child abuse.

Nanney said hospital officials notified police of the possible rape after noticing injuries to the child's rear during a routine examination given before newborns are released from the hospital.
"There were some skin tears in and around the private (back) area of the child," he said.

The investigation led to the child's parents, Nanney said, and there was no indication that any hospital worker was involved in the incident.

"Based on the investigation, we ruled out everyone but the mom and the dad," Nanney said.

The Tennessee Department of Children's Services has placed the baby girl with a relative, Nanney said. The parents are not allowed to have contact with the girl, who is now about 6 weeks old.

In reno when i lived there a guy offered a guy the use of his 5 month old boy for as long as he wanted for 50 bucks, the guy said let me go get some cash and then he called the cops.

The guy was arressted and the mother did not know the boyfried did that she was at work when he was watching him till she came home.

I've never watched a crush video, but this has been out at least since the 90s and is not localized to China (although maybe that's the one place where it's not prosecuted as much). I don't know if there is a such thing as a "new fetish" unless it involves like iPods or something. But perhaps there is, I don't know.

My understanding is that the animals in trampling/crushing porn die pretty soon after the first step. In addition to that, I will always value the life of a healthy, born baby over an animal. So baby raping is still worse in my book.

I'm not watching any of those videos.

This is closer to my neck of the woods. First I've heard of it. I'll keep an eye on this. As usual, I'm guessing it will all boiled down to some type of perverted accusation that isn't even remotely close to the actual situation.
