I work at an adult store and I dont beleive I've seen something like your talking about, however I can suggest sevral options, there are sevral toys out there that have a double penetration bit going on and I'm sure you could figure things out with the right strap on harness

OK, we bought a strap on for me to wear and give my wife DP. I can't remeber which one it was, but it was recommended ot me in a previous thread I started. Results are mixed.

We've actually only used it once and do need to try it more. We bought three attachments for it, all 5"-6" in length.
