It's never been that big of an issue with me. My throat will occasionally get scratchy afterward, but it goes away fairly quickly.

Oddly enough, I noticed this more with my ex than I have with my hubby.

I guess that depends on what you mean by endurance... it's true I'm not in good enough shape to screw all night long, but that doesn't mean anything.... there are other ways to make a girl cum....
