They are L W C actually, for Leather Wolffe Creations, the name of the shop that I make costumes for.

And the lace cut out is the target on my ass. My friend wore another pair of panties underneath them, but I just went with those. Was fine until the kids came by for trick or treating in the mall. *giggles*
