This is place to carry on your tawdry affairs and pleasures.
There are 100 rooms: 50 rentals and 50 residency type with king size beds to rent by the hour or day if you please. There is an atrium to meet you guest, but please don’t leave a wet, sticky gooey mess for since we’re cheap the staff is quite less. There’s a lounge here at the Cheap and Seedy of course dimly lighted, but it is well stocked and a juke box in the corner with oldies in it. Dimly lite is a hint for a nice place to get things started and starts your play. Oh yes, there is the Pleasure house are of the Cheap & Seedy with 5 special rooms. First there is dungeon for those who like the chains and all and toys to play with or bring your own. The second room is in a Cave style king size bed on a rock platform and fireplace for you play. The Third Room is the Arabian Knight room with sandy floors and silks to form a tent for the total feel. There are large thick mats in which to rest with large plates of grape and wine to plea surer your lover and fine dress of silk for the dance of the 7 veils. The fourth room is the tropical room it features the sounds of the South Seas Ocean. There is a full moon effect on the ceiling, with large beach towels or blankets to choose from and to top it off a very large sunken hot tub to rest in. The fifth room is a mystery room which is changed up randomly for you pleasure.

So Welcome to the Cheap & Seedy Motel & Pleasure House
There are new additions to the 20 rooms with a mini bar, hot tub. drop down TV and surround sound stereo with lighting on single hand held remote, full bath with tub & shower seperate, Walk-in closet and King size poster bed.

We now have a beautiful New Spa the was designed for us by Erotica_Writings

Wow!! caught me off guard ...HUmmm ok..guys setup up the mystery room as a cheap seedy Hotel...hand the new window effect with the flashing neon sign look outside it...put some of those plastic bugs on the floor and the stained sheets(clean but fake stains)....yes you all can put up the Cheap & Seedy Motel sign afterwards...we have our first customer ..we don't want to let the lady down.

I saw the neon sign announcing the "Grand Opening" of the Cheap & Seedy Motel & Pleasure House. It was just the kind of place I'd been in search of while cruising through the Playground.

I parked my truck and walked in, wearing a silver see-through blouse (sans bra), a black leather micro-mini skirt (sans panties), black garter belt, black fish net stockings, and black 6" "fuck me" pumps. "Hello there. Nice to meet you. Their preparing my room care if I join you and wait here till they are ready?" I sat down at the bar and listened to the music enjoying the beat of Honky Tonk Women. Watching two dead bugs being carried away I wondered when I'd get a chance to see the mystery room.

"So, I'm Red. How are you today?" asking the woman who had just come into the bar. "What room do you think you'll be asking for?"

The room gets a flashing effect from the fake window with a slow burning out neon light...anything I can help yous with.. as he say it is warm in here as he rips off his t-shirt showing his ripped muscles.
