Basically, who holding the copyright of an individual image would care whether or not said image is used as an avatar? Now, if you're posting pictures from a pay site, and they lose money, that would be a different story...

Well, that will put a cramp in the old Am Pics. I took down my threads a while back. They were considered sort of soft as far as some of the stuff on AmPics but I still had images in there that did not meet these guidelines.
I'm a little unsure of the particular reason for disallowing the more explicit photos however. Is it because of the inability to verify the age of the model, or do the new laws actually cover what types of images may be shown on the internet?
