I myself don't know about this idea but this thread will kind of be like the girl next door movie but will have more people and will be like a American Pie type setting.

Basically clever/normal boy (not popular) lives in house amazing girl moves next door more people can join of course with seperate storylines.

Name: Amy slangton

Hair length: Down to Shoulders
Eyes: Dark Green
Clothes/Fashion: Wears jeans or trousers when cold, Skirts or short skirts when doing sports (very short skirt for tennis) or when it is hot.

Amy looked at the new house her daddy hadn't liked it and the fact that she was now living by herself had him get worried thankfully mom had helped by stoppng him jumping from the top floor window trying to persuade her to stay, she picked up her last box fron the pavemen tand headed towards the house halfway there she stopped and looked around, She had a feeling someone was watching, she shrugged her shoulders and headed on into the house, unpacked the last box and went outside to throw it away yet again she got the feeling she was being watched "oh well must be the feeling of living alone" she said to herself and headed back inside.

Brian looked out his window next door. "Great...new neighbors." he thought as he saw all the empty boxes in the garbage can in front of the house. He turned his back for a moment to put on a white shirt and to comb his hair, he turned back to the window for a moment to see a beautiful girl walk out the house. "Holy..." he started. He found himself staring at the girl as she looked up at the house, he had seen a lot of beautiful girls around the town, but this one took the cake.

"Whoa...she is defintely hot." he said to himself as she walked back in. "No stay outside!" he found himself saying. He slapped himself in the head laughing. "What are you a stalker." he thought as he walked towards his computer desk, he sat down but found himself looking out the window once more...

Brian was sitting in his computer chair still gazing out the window, even though the girl wasn't standing outside he was still stunned by her beauty and her booty. Hearing Jack's voice coming from his computer he fell out of the chair startled, groaning he rubbed his head and crawled towards his computer. "What assignment didn't you do this time Jack?" he said into the mic. Jack was a cool guy, a little cocky but still cool.
 
Amy whiped her fore head it was a hot day an dcarrying the boxes in one after one had been hard work she decided to go upstairs and have a shower.

She went into the kitchen and grabbed a drink when she had finished the drink she headed upstairs to her room, she flipped her shoes off and walked over to the bed and pulled her jumper off she has no idea that her room is directly opposite to brians room.

Danny has lived across the street from Jack since she was born. She knows how to take him down off if his high cloud when she wanted to. Although they make fun of eachother alot, they have always been there for eachother. She was always a tom-boy growing up, always playing sports and watching games which is how she always spent her time with Jack. She never thought twice abuot diving onto the muddy grass after a ball and always came home with some kind of scrape or bruise. She was a three season athlete in High School playing soccer, basketball, and softball. All the activity has left her with a killer body, she's thin, toned, but not butch at all maintaining a very girlish figure.

Danny sat outside on her front porch on the hot day enjoying the sun. She was never one to be kept in the house for too long during the day. She sighed and looked across at Jack's house. Will I ever be considered as something else than one of the guys? she thought.

She grabbed one of the louging chairs and put it on her front lawn. She stripped off her soccer shorts and t-shirt showing that she was only wearing a halter style bikini. It was later in the afternoon and the sun was best in the front of the house. She streatched out on the chair for a nice soak.

this had only happened once befre and that was because Brian had fallen asleep at his desk.

He ran to his window and saw Danny sitting in one of her chairs soaking up the rays of the sun "hey danny.......what you doing waiting for the postman or is it the delivery boy" he smirked as she smiled and gave him the finger "hey hey no need for that well anyway i think Brians is with a supposedly hot girl but its proberlly just his mum" he said leaning on the window thankfully their houses were very close so it was not hard talking like this.
 
She looked up at Jack sitting at his window looking down at her.

"Well that's good for him he could use the exercise" she said rolling her eyes. He heard him chuckle and she grinned. "So are you gunna come out, or are you gunna sit on your ass all day?"
 
Brian's eyes almost popped out of his head, he was about to type send on the document that contained the math homework Jack needed until he watched the girl next door undressing in the house next door, she was in a room with the window open, since she had just moved in there were no curtains. "Oh my god..." he thought as a huge bulge became visible in his pants.

Brian typed mute on the computer so he couldn't recieve any more messages from Jack. He was right about one thing, the reason he wasn't responding was because of a girl. Brian moved to the window still a little stunned from the way the girl looked. "Man Jack would have a heart attack..." he thought watching the girl undress...

An hour later (this time period dosn't mater to jack and danny if you don't want it to)

Amy had sat on her bed using her laptop since she had gotten changed she looked up sensing somebody watching her again and then she saw it a boy in the house opposite hers was looking out of his window, she jumped off the bed and approached her window

"hello" she shouted

"you weren't here earlier were you" she said
 
"yeah yeah im coming but im bringing my own chair your chairs have a weird smell but you better ahve a drink for me or else no deal" not giving her a chance to respond he shut his computer off

"Mum, Dad im heading over to Dannys" he shouted when he reached the bottom of the stairs.

"Yeah yeah just don't come back all drunk again like when you went out with brian that time" shouted his mum

"I told you ma brian didn't drink anything he likes to study too much" he shoted back as he headed into the garage and picked up the of the chairs and headed over to Dannys house.

"Right so wheres this drink i was promised" he said as he put his chair down and sat down and flipped his sandals off.
 
"You wish me to condone underage drinking?" she said with a mock scornful tone.

He gave her a 'you better be kidding' look. "Geez ur such a loser" she said jokingly while tossing him a beer. "You better be careful with those, don't want you getting a beer belly when you're older. You've seen my uncle. ugh!!" she said as she got punched playfully on the shoulder.

She decided to make a show of it by falling off her chair and rolling on the ground. Jack started laughing at her and got up to stand over her. She closed her eyes and sprawled herself out on the grass bringing her arms over her head unknowingly giving jack a great view of her toned stomach and firm breasts.

"I like it better down here anyway, much more comfortable than the chairs." She said. She opened her eyes and noticed that Jack had a funny look on his face. Well, not a look he's ever given her before.
 
Brian's knees buckled as he watched the girl undress, her body was extremely fit, and any guy who saw her in a thong would worship her firm ass. Trying to act cool she poked him in the cheek just like he always hated. She grinned and started laughing at his reaction. She then sat up on his stomach with her legs to one side using him as a seat and looked down at him. "I knew you liked girls on top of you." she said and then stuck her tongue out at him.
 
One minute he had been standing there next minute he was on the floor and Danny had sat on top of him.

When she poke dhim in the cheek his eyes blinked a lot and he said "How many times do i have to tell you don't poke me."

When she moved to the side of his stomach he groaned and grabbed his stomach "ohhh my bones can't take..............the..............weight."

Joey looked out the window of his SUV as it drove down the street. He was deffinatly not in New York City anymore, that was for sure. He would finally have a house, and be able to live by himself. As he rolled into the drive was of his new house, he turned off his car, and stepped out. Joey had a muscular build, mainly from his years training martial arts. He had always been one to get into fights, and he had gotten pretty good at it. In the end he had gotten himself a rep as an angry crazy fighter. He never wanted that image, so here he was, going to college, and starting over. He looked around, seeing a few other people walking and talking. He smiled, happy he was finally out of the city and somewhere he could relax.

He made his way to the back of his car, taking out his lugage, and making his way inside his house, dropping his stuff off, and then walking out once again, into the warm day. He smiled and took a deep breath, his gold eyes looking around the neighborhood.
 
"Hey!" She exclaimed, "so mean."

She noticed an SUV drive by and watched it pull into the house next door to her. "Hey, it's the new neighbors." she said looking down at Jack. "Let's play nice and go say hi." She knew he wasn't one to go up and be friendly to the new people so she was always the one to push the friendlyness out of him, or whatever there was of it. She got up and put on her soccer shorts and held her t-shirt in her hand.

With Jack in tow they went over to the new guy standing outside. She put on a warm smile "Hey, welcome to the neighborhood. I'm Danielle, but everyone calls me Danny. And this is Jack." she said welcoming him.
 
Joey turned to the two surprised, a smile on his face. "Hey. I'm Joey..." he said looking at the two, trying to remember the two by their names. He smiled for a sec as he looked at them. "Um, I know this might be a weird question, but are you two going out?" asked Joey. He didn't know why but they looked like they really knew each other and would make a cute couple. And if they weren't then Joey would be more than happy to get to know Danielle better. He quickly averted his eyes, not wanting to make the situation awckward, or seem like an asshole.
 
Danny and Jack looked at eachother and started laughing. "Best friends, and lemme tell you he's an annoying son of a bitch sometimes." She said pinching his side. Jack groaned lightly and picked her up in a fireman's carry. "NO FAIR!!!" she shouted. "Put me down!!"

She pounded his back with no avail but eventually gave up and crossed her arms. He piched her ass which was provocatively sticking up in the air for the enjoyment of both guys. She growled and started squirming in Jack's hold as Joey laughed at the both of them.
 
Joey laughed as they complained about each other, and then when Jack picked Danny up. "Yeah sure guys, what ever you say..." he said, as Jack pinched her ass. They made an alright couple and they were friends... and they were pinching each others asses, enough reason for him to thing they were at least friends with benifits.
