Fast women...

Danica Patrick qualfied 4th for the Indy 500 today. She had been one of the fastest in practice all week and would have likely quilified on the pole today, but a slight wiggle going into turn 1 on her first lap slowed her just slightly, dragging her four lap average down.

She now ranks as the highest qualified woman in the history of the event. After her performance at Motegi, Japan (qualified 2nd, finished 4th) I'd keep my eye on her to win. On the other hand keeping an eye on her for any reason isn't uncomfortable.

Meow!!!!!!

There's just something about a good looking fast woman.

I think I'll have to watch the race even though I'm not a fan of open wheel racing.

That too.

And not only is she an incredibly beautiful woman with a fairly successful moeling carreer, she is a very successful racing driver having an overall win to her credit in the Grand Am series as well as several class wins in bot Grand Am and ALMS and a couple minor series championships.

But here's the kicker: She also holds FOUR Masters Degrees in Oganizational Developement, Naval Architecture, Maritime Business and Marine Biology. Three of those she accomplished simultaneously.

An amazing woman from any angle. ;)

Indeed, brains, balls, and good looking to boot. If I wasn't in love with my wife I think I would have to stalk this young lady.

Suddenly I feel so inadequate.

Don't.

You have your own special qualities. Besides I'd be terrified to even meet her. I would feel inadequate.

I was in the top third of my age group in a 5k race held during the Chicago Marathon once...and a friend asked if he could take pictures of me for his photography class once...and another friend asked me to navigate during a Maserati club road rally...but I only have one masters degree, dammit.

You've still out done me. ;)

I don't drive, don't run (unless chased) and never finished high school.

So you're more than adequate by my standards.

And you are thoughtful and always ready with a kind word, which makes you way beyond adequate.

Hey, Dran, how close to Mid-Ohio are you? And I expected this thread.

A little less than an hour.

And Danica used to live less than a mile from me. And Rahal's shop is 10 min away.

I just can't get into racing that involves machines. It needs fur to be interesting to me.

Fair enough. Good talking to ya. Have a nice day.

I think we'd both like to race Lucky...

but unfortunately, she would probably be more interested in the trophy girl...

...but at least the kiss would be interesting...
