I need to double check, Lou ... but I think the text on the spine goes the other way (north to south). Easy to fix, though. Very nice work! :rose:

I voted but am I correct that this will just be Book 1? Will subsequent volumes use a totally different cover or will they be marked Volume 1; volume 2, etc.?

I wasn't planning to change the cover art for later volumes. However, I can be persuaded otherwise ... maybe.

I think it would be cool to change the cover art from volume to volume. Maybe staying within a theme though.

I voted TateLou 2 - the image is sufficiently intriguing to make me want to pick up the book if I saw it in a store and has humor when 'opened' to reveal the wrap around Cock Tail Shaker.

Its too early, and I'm too tired and moody to think of any better words. I think the cherry does it for me though. Really eye-catching.

Ok, I voted. I love Lou's wrap around and I think we should stick to it.
If that one gets picked. :catgrin:

I mean I agree with Rhino to change the coloring for next volumes but keep the image.
That is what people remember best after all; a strong image.

Thanks guys.

IF my second design gets chosen, I completely agree that the image would be cool to use for all volumes, but with a change of colour for each volume.

Something like this?

(Please note: this is just to give the general idea. Actual shades of colour can decided upon, as well as the depth of the colour. At the mo, I have gone for a 20% opacity layer over all of it, but with the glass on top - showing the true colour of that and the cherry.

)

i love them all and it was a difficult choice. impster...i guess there are reasons why you picked to have the poll viewable but that nearly dissuaded me from voting... they are were truly excellent
