What do you put on yours, and in what order?
Hard, soft? guacamole, sour cream, hot sauce, salsa ?
olives, lettuce, meat, chicken ... etc...etc...

c'mon the works ... and we can even pretend there isn't that orange line of grease dripping down your face and fingers -- and they're gauranteed not to fall apart in your dish/lap .. unless of course, you like that.

Meat, cheese.

Pretty simple! But, to be fair, I'm currently focused on Wienerschnitzel's Pastrami Dog.

It's a must-eat.

Hard or soft, chicken or beef.

If a hard shell, some melted cheese on the bottom to help hold it together, then the meat. then onions, hot sauce, sour cream and cheese.

The perfect taco:

hard shell, ground beef seasoned with Ortega taco sauce, hot sauce, shredded cheese, lettuce, tomato, sour cream, guacamole.

ground beef, shredded lettuce, dice tomoatoes...no beans omg gross, no guac, blech, none of that cheap white filler foamy stuff, but some melted cheese...mmm...and salsa, super hot caliente salsa...oh and a shell that's dripping with grease...you touch the shell and your finger is greasy...that is a good taco... It should be as big as your plate, not some fast food joke.

not just whats on it... but how its put together.

soft shell all the way.

sour cream on the bottom to help hold it together and/or refried beans, then cheese and meat on top of that (to melt the cheese) then guacamole
then - black olives, carrots, bell pepper, cucumbers, tomato and a bit of letuce on top to finish it all up... wrap and eat.

if I have hard shells too...

on the soft- guacamole and/or refried beans wrap around hard shell.
in hard- cheese, meat, vegeies, sour cream then lettuce.
*the soft helps hold together the hard*

Some people are really particular on how they eat things - I've noticed that tacos are one of them.
