I've been lucky to have had lovers who had no problem having sex with me while I've been on my period, but never had anyone go down on me when I wasn't wearing a tampon. My SO did exactly that recently, and he didn't seemed phased at all by my period or the mess.

I thought it was incredibly loving and erotic, but I couldn't help feeling a little, I don't know, self-conscious about it. We're monogomous, healthy, and STD-free, so I didn't have any concerns about that, but I was still a little uncertain about it.

I've done that to several women. They started out pretty uptight about it, but as soon as their orgasm hit they became pretty accepting of it. Besides, the orgasm helps the cramps.:cool:

Actually it's each to their own. I figured out how to do it without it bothering me, and I don't recommend it to anyone who isn't seriously educated about that part of a woman's physiology.

There are other ways for a woman to get off during that time of the month so it's not like this is a mandatory deal.:cool:

Would you mind telling me how you felt about doing it? You weren't, um, hesitant about it at all?

It really took me a while to relax into it. He made it seem like it was the most natural thing in the world, which helped me to eventually let go of the tension to enjoy it. I was definitely squeamish about it and I'm trying to work through my thoughts.

Going about it like it's the most natural thing in the world is exactly how I went about it. Zero hesitation and with nothing but reassurances that all she had to do was relax and enjoy. One of the women I did this to even began to ask about getting it when her periods would arrive because it helped her feel better. Sometimes she had a tampon, sometimes she didn't. No biggy either way. It just needs a bit of extra preperation.

You're extremely lucky to have someone that is so well acquainted with joys of providing you with the pleasures that you should have.:cool:

Oh, I do know how lucky I am! And I make sure he knows how lucky I feel. That's partly why I keep thinking about this - it felt so intimate that it blew me away.

That's exactly how it was described to me. It was like I was going the extra mile and they didn't understand why I had done that for them. I'm just figuring that since I was there and each of them happened to bring their girly parts with them... why not?!:D

I was going to say to just make sure you relieve him in some special way, but it dawned on me that in my own adventures I wasn't keeping score and I didn't expect anything in return. I think that made it better for each of us.:cool:

I have a male friend who agrees with the attitude that sex, oral or vaginal, during a woman's period is natural. If you heard him espouse the joys of vaginal sex at that time of month, you might be wishing for your/her period.

I have but since he's so busy we have trouble staying in touch much, he decided he doesn't have time. :(
 
I also met two guys who enjoyed it any time of the month and never had any issues (took me much longer to relax), and pretty much everyone else either stayed away or even freaked. Which included normal sex.

While I do not care much if you perform oral sex on me during my period I just dont see what is so bad about vaginal sex, heck, throw a towel under and enjoy, cause that is the time of the month where I am usually the horniest.
 
As much as an orgasm helps the cramps and me just feel better in general, this is just one of those things I wouldn't do or have done to me purposefully. I'll stick to masturbating, manual stimulation, or simply giving, thank you.

He's a friend that lives in a different country...not a SO. He does make time...just not enough. As for Lit...hmmm on second thought, I'm not sure the GB is ready for him. :)
