There is no rational reason to think enough illegal votes are being counted to make any sort of substantial difference. Certainly not in numbers large enough to believe we could prevent.

Don't bother. He hates us so much he is irrevocably convinced that there is absolutely no way we could ever win an election without cheating. There is no point in trying to have an intelligent discussion with him on that point. (Or on any point, but especially that one.)
 
If he can get decent bus service out of PennDOT, more power to him.
