Cuomo is burnt toast. There are a ton of high-level women on the inside who know what a creep he is who have been waiting for him to be investigated to speak out. They're not about to shut up.
It's best for the party that all this comes out now, before Cuomo mounts a presidential bid. Not that he couldn't be a great POTUS despite this misbehavior -- Clinton was. But it's not worth the trouble down the road, as in Clinton's case. Og knows we don't want to bring Ken Starr out of retirement.

i'm making no excuses for him: he did a good job with the opening of the pandemic, but this is another story and speaks of how some people in power--women as well as men--seem to think they can behave exactly as they please when it comes to inappropriate touching/innuendoes/comments. they must be held accountable.
it's not like it was just some shit from the 70s/80s; this went on right through 2020. the fact there were attempts at some kind of punishment for speaking out against him makes it all the worse.
i understand women not speaking out to him directly, at the times of these events, as it seems they were afraid of how he might wield his power over them AND HAD REASON TO. unfortunately, this may have emboldened him further, thinking his actions were not unwelcomed or, at least, nothing that created the kind of reactions these women reported experiencing, feeding the ego of the older man in some sort of closed loop. as governor, he had NO business touching these women the way he did and it created a toxic workplace for women. how many other men/women in power are also currently abusing their positions this way? time to root them ALL out. any trumpies complaining about him are right to do so...and now they need to hold their golden idol to task for worse.

What you Trumpettes can't get through your pointy little heads is that you don't have to support Clinton or Cuomo's sleaziness when opposing Trump's extra large helpings of sleaziness.
