I'm pretty sure that corporations don't waste money advertising to people they don't expect will buy their product. They don't do it to be nice or "woke."

There have been complaints in the past about underrepresentation of POC in advertising. Setting aside the issue of whether or not that was a real problem, it does make sense that a racist would find any efforts whatsoever to address that issue a problem.

However, I will admit that the thought of Black people, minorities in general and other sundry marginalized communities just existing in full in this society with all the wide, open, nuanced representation in media showing the verity of their humanity while living a regular-degular consumerist American life, making these shitstains frustrated enough to grind teeth, pop blood vessels and raise blood pressure on a daily basis does put a smile on my face.
