That looks exactly like a lunch I had at a conference in Texas, once upon a time.

As good as it was, my slow smoked short ribs are more to my liking.

That’s one of my favorite meals to make. However I do horseradish mashed potatoes and fried shallots on top. The shallots give the dish a little crunch!
