he was good friends with my best friend's husband - first date I took him home with me, soon after he started moving in with me, we were together six months and then got married, we had 29 years together before he died of cancer.

Yahoo was doing quite well back then, and I was looking for friends. Not sex, not romance, just possible activity partners.

I searched for people in my area, read profiles, discarded almost all, and sent out a very few messages.

This guy replied, we did some chatting, went to a few events together at the university and things evolved. A couple of years later, we wed.

It was sweet back then, however now it might be considered something else.

It was fast and he was dressed nice and I said. “Sure.” I didn’t think what have I done. I certainly didn’t realize then this would be the guy I was going to marry and have two children with. I didn’t expect to be living with him for the next Super Bowl. I have as hung over and a drink and a shot sounded good.

We ended up Cosmic Bowling that night. He tried to stay at my place. I let him! He slept on the sofa with my yellow lab.

There were many more dates after that..

Ex husband I met in college, he used to come by where I worked all the time.

Fiancé I met on Kik. Found out we lived like 10 minutes from each other and he asked me out for a drink.
