In this category, please nominate the poet who affected you the most in 2019. Whose poems did you seek out and enjoy? Who made laugh/cry/etc.? Whose body of work most had an effect on you or your writing (if you're an author) this year?

Poet must be an active Literotica member (meaning their account is still currently on Literotica – it has not been removed or cancelled) who submitted stories during the year 2019 (and those submissions must still be on the site).

One nomination per member, please. If multiple nominations are made by a member, only the first listed will count.

Please note that posts containing trolling, name-calling, and/or other forms of negativity will be removed. If you don't enjoy contests, that's fine - you are free to not participate. Please do not ruin everyone else's fun. :rose:

Thank you to all participants - readers and authors alike!

I nominate Tzara for his encouraging critique and his steady presence in the PFD.

I second GP's nomination of tzara. His regular contributions to Poetry Feedback & Discussion are gems, (although they make me jealous) and his thread of forms is the first place I go to when trying to get the basics of a specific poem form.

tzara thirded by me.

not too up on who is currently posting over on the 'published' part of lit rather than the forums, but tzara is always quality.

Make that a 4 for Tzara, one of the few still here after all these years and a great fount of knowledge where poetry is concerned.

I'll add to the nominations for Tzara. His poetry often inspires me (and other Lit poets as well), his writing prompts are interesting and always elicit a wide range of responses, and his friendly sharing of feedback (and a wealth of information) is a model of mentoring for all of us. Imho he's a great choice for the MIP award.
