Wow...fall break? Okay, I know this a really stupid question, but I have to ask. Is the school year there similar to here and Canada....Sept through June...
 
no, i start culinary school may 21. and thanks--i think this one was my best design yet ^_^ and theres still more to come of course. lol
 
Nope, we run Jan/Feb to December, with three breaks of two weeks through the year and a six week summer break over Christmas.

Sounds a bit like some of the year round schools around here that the children of some of my friends attend.

I kind of like the way yours run...when I went to school, we started in September, took two weeks off at Christmas, a week off at Easter, and then had July and August off for summer vacation.
