Okay- the little person inside me who has a reasonable working knowledge of breast tissue is sitting here twitching and begging y'all to realize that the breast is a very complex network of various tissues and milk ducts and such, and nailing/piercing the wrong spot could create scarring in a not so lovely way... and if you do do this *please for the love of Pete* take every anal retentive precaution re: cleanliness and multiply it by 10... mastitis is a nasty horrid thing to go through... I'll shut up now.

As a reproductive health educator, would like to second this, Captains_Wench. In addition, there is more than one study that heavy trauma to the breasts is linked to breast cancer, one of the reasons I will do light play - play piercing, nipple clamps - but am dead set against having mine bound...
