I didn't have to NaNo this year, but wanted to check with my Lit friends. I'm too lazy to go back through, but has anyone finished yet? Is anyone even close? I pulled it off last year at the last minute, and it was one of the best things I've ever done! Good luck everyone!

I know I am late, really late, but I thought I would try it out.
I just finished my profile after downloading the beginning of a novel I wasn't sure I was going to write, but it seems to be getting interesting. I can't wait to see what happenes.
I could definitely use some support on this one.

Good luck. It isn't impossible to pull 50,000 words out of 15 days, just ask Rora.
I currently just breezed through 27,000 and I'm still on a roll. Writing a bit out of sequence is working for me.

I managed to figure out what I was going to do...
It just means that I have to throw out the sex scene I had written for later and trade it up for a MAJORLY hot and frantic encounter... Jamie just had to go hunting for Celeste- she ran off in the middle of the nght and he found her trying to get hypothermia down by the Hudson. He's pissed, she's both pissed off and depressed, adn of course, that makes him horny and her... willing.
Fuck, I really hate doing it this way. Now I REALLY have to make a big deal of the government angle so there's a reason to keep going.
And Rora- I hate you. I hate Danielle too. In fact, I hate anyone who is finished, or even half finished. *nods* Yepyepyep.

Thanks for the encouragement. i am taking a break now and I have written several pages now. I don't want to look at the word count yet, but I am optimistic.

Then I got home from a nineteen day job and had to catchup on everything around the house... Then I slept and relaxed and slept some more... this morning i woke up at 4:30 and finially got back to writing.... I'm still 4k behind but it's looking and feeling better....
Even if i don't make the deadline i still have the start on one hell of a story... this latest sex scene is well worth the hair I've pulled out....
I'm going to be out of touch from saturday morning until the following Sunday... I'm going on a vaction.... my God, I can't believe it... I'll be in the smokey mountains without internet unless I can talk a friend into letting me jump on hers... Uh... internet that is....
I hope to get some writing time in a totally new setting...
