Erotic self portrait in poetry by April 23 anyone? Poems to be posted between Friday, April 21 and Monday, April 23.

Please announce comittment before posting. I think this will build interest and anticipation. Call it foreplay.

I will send a reminder a week before the deadline to those who have comitted to the challenge.

Initially my mind was running riot on this one.... Best I take my 'thinking' cap 'off' for this ROFL...

"Erotic Self Portrate in the Nude" Whoops sorry "In Blue" :D (With the weather we have been having here in the UK something/s would be blue)

am always painting myself blue..in one way or another...so I would love to give it a whirl...are you refering to poems though ...because could create something in apple canvas...but, not sure hot to post it...ty...great idea..blue holds the all the colors of the sea and sky.. ;)

An Erotic self portrait in poetry is a wonderful idea. I love it. I will try to come up with something, since this idea really appeals to me. :)

It's tricky to think of myself in erotic terms, even though I'm the person I've seen by far most times naked. ;)

I think that's enough time that I can make myself sit down and come up with something. I need to get back into the self-arm twisting about my writing anyways. (So much for the New Year's resolution about forming a more regular schedule and sticking to it. *g*)

Also, I would like a consensus on the deadline. I could always make use of a more distant deadline, as procrastination seems to take me a lot of time to do well.

Silly skeleton guy! It's a poem, not a novella. Why so long? Mine's already written. I find that if you're going to challenge on the forums, the best results fly highest within a two week read and edit period. Any longer and the poets get restless, tending to bury the challenge, then wind up writing their offering on the final day anyway.

I have nothing against long build ups. I'm just wondering how you're going to keep me interested, since I have a notoriously short attention span.
 
I will do it. Please please post reminders that week. I am with Champ in my attention span...but unlike her, I will wait until the day before to write it.

I'm in. In for both actually and thinking of myself in two different ways could be very revealing...... I'm hoping none of my friends and co-workers are litizens.

I know the deadline is still 2 weeks away but dang this is hard, looking at myself and trying to put it in poem form.

Salvor, yeah, that's why I suggested a longer deadline. I figured some of us would find it challenging. I know I do.
