Hi Cad . . . have you tried the usual sleep remedies of

1. camomielle (sp?) tea;

2. avoiding caffiene after 1500 hours;

3. considered that food allwegeries may be a possible cause?

I was waiting for it to dry out but every time it got close it would rain again so i had no choice.

Yeah same, bloody Sydney weather!! No nothing planned for tonight, just grooming my horses and thinking about going for a horse ride...How about u?

Never been horse riding but then just one horse power is never enough for me.

Nothing to exciting, got to go shortly to go get some tea and some carrots for the horse across the road but apart from that just another Friday night at the computer.

I dunno why but i just don't feel like i should be making a horse do what i want as they can decide for themselves.Sounds silly i know.

Yeah just the usual takeaway for Friday night.

I think the horses across the road liked the carrots though. Could lose a hand if I wasn't careful.

Yeah i did the hand flat and fingers together just that i think they were sick of the constant oats or whatever and really wanted the carrotts.

It's quiet at the moment cause they are out having drinks in Melbourne, LB is still moving or setting up the new house and the rest well i dunno.

Live in Newcastle, so not to far from where you are.
