Lemme tie some bitch up and talk about how my neighbor bothers me

Hi! It's doing much better, still some pain when I walk around but I can manage. Unfortunately, in addition to falling down the stairs at home a few weeks ago and injuring my right foot, I fell down the stairs of the bus last week and hurt my left leg! So I have given up on favoring either one and I'm just hobbling around on them both. Noor suggested I might have an inner ear infection causing balance problems - if I keep falling down I will have to get that checked out!

I could make some sordid jokes about staying flat but I wont. I expect you have heard them all

You must be in pain, I hope your wife and daddy are taking care of you.

Getting your ears checked sounds like a good idea, you work with deaf people, you know how hard it can be when your hearing/ears have problems.

Get checked or I will turn into a Domme and nag you lol

LOL! Actually no, I haven't heard that, it's a pretty good one. I try to get my wife to get me things but she grumbles about it, I am usually her "water girl" who brings her glasses of water so it's hard for me to be the one to ask for her to bring me things! But I could do a lot worse than you for a Domme, shy! ;)

Yeah, gracie, that's what my wife says - she says I just need to be more careful!

I'm off to a gay leather contest tonight, for interpreting...whee! Nearly-naked men on stage with...me! LOL

That's what people always say to me. Well that's what they said, but I'm falling a couple times a week - now they're thinking it's cause my knees are going.

I would blame it on gravity.

New to posting-been at the game some time. I've read a lot of your stuff. Very sensible. Hope to heck you get BETTER soon!! :)

Well, their's that, too. Gravity does not like me.

Well if gravity doesn't there are some of us that do.

Gravity doesn't like anyone. It only wants to bring you down and keep you down.

Hey, thanks. Can I quote you on the "sensible" part? ;)

I never get offered interesting jobs involving nearly naked men on stage.

When I was nursing the most I ever got offered was wet beds, urine bottles and shrunken cocks belonging to dirty old men. :(

If you ever need additional help at these events Etoile just stay, I dont do ASL but I can help with your bad foot & leg :)

I 'speak' ASL, and no one ever asks me to interpret at these things. *sigh*

I actually had one of those shrunken cocks belonging to a dirty old man my very first day as an interpreter...he was a cardiac patient and it was just horrible, he kept flashing me and the doctors didn't care. Fortunately there was a great nurse who told him off, but I still was SO uncomfortable.

The gay leather event was very nice, it was blissfully short this year! Sometimes they can go for several hours - the last one I did ran over by two hours, to five - but this one was very nice. I'm not sure I could have stood it if it had been longer...a well-known community elder from San Francisco was seated right in front of me and he kept blowing smoke RIGHT in my face the whole time. Ah well, it was still fun.

At least I get free drinks though! Shy, you'd be welcome to come along and have one. ;)

I didn't know you sign, gracie! I am actually a professional interpreter, so that's how I initially got involved with the local gay leather community...they were so happy to find a kinky queer woman to interpret!

I know, I was just teasing. I don't sign well enough to interpret, frankly. My grandma is deaf and my dad is going deaf, I signed as a child and teenager - but now i don't have anyone to sign with (my dad and grandma live in california and I only see them once or twice a year) so I'm rusty and slow - hence why I couldn't interpret, it takes me too long to remember signs.
