How did you pick your *LIT* name ???????????

It’s probably at the beginning of this thread but I can’t be bothered going back – how did you pick your name, Gusty?
 
My fingers accidently typed in the words, I was writting at that monemt. Winds was howling outside, and slamming all the doors.

Tell me yours now.
 
i was kinda nettled that my preferred screen name was already taken when registering so i kinda thought about it for a few seconds before coming up with this. now, that's probably for the best, as whenever i manage to start submitting stories to this site, i will probably prefer not to have my stories so easily traced back to my real name. :>

the name originally is a permutation on something from an old star wars RPG campaign. yes, i'm a gamer. my character in that game had a ship (he was a smuggler) that i dubbed the silver mirage. but i'd prefer that my OL persona here not be quite so chimerical as "mirage", so came up w/ this instead. i'm told by someone who knows me that it suits me rather well. :>

gusty wind: your post count is absolutely extraordinary. in the 900 some-odd days since you started, you've posted an average of almost 88 posts/day. i would never have thought such a rate was sustainable over such a long period of time. color me flabbergasted.

88 is Nothing compare to the one with tons of alts. :confused:
