I think it happened at the center, though. Like JFK's changes--effected later by LBJ at the center. I think the American voter doesn't really enable much of anything they don't think is happening at the center. We go back to the Bernie vs. Biden (or Hillary Clinton) debate. I don't think Bernie could get anything he has proposed done. I think Biden (or Hillary) could get at least some of it done, though. And "some" is a start and better than an uncompromising pie-in-the-sky program.

I recognize that the "enact by executive directive fiat" that presidents have gotten established more solidly in the past decade probably is eroding change at the center, though.

Any party is free to organize and start running candidates in elections. However, if a party decides it does not want to play by the election rules and openly works to overturn an election, as the Republican Party is now doing, then I am indeed cheering for that party to fail.

I am going to assume you have "forgotten" that it was The Washington Free Beacon who first hired GPS Fusion to go looking for information on Donald Trump, when he was seeking to win the RNC nomination.

At this early stage in 2015 it was Paul Singer, a self proclaimed ( back then) never trumper who paid most of the bill.

It was not until April of 2016, (after Trump had won) that the DNC ( after being approached by GPS Fusion) agreed to continue paying for this information.

Note by this time, most of the bizarre information was already written into the file.

At the SIC hearings, the owners of Fusion testified that neither the DNC, or Clinton had any direct knowledge of where Fusion was getting the information, nor directed Fusion to look in Russia....

Just wanted to remind you of that little Senate Intellegence Investigation report that is out there...

No Dems were involved in outing their names, addresses, names of spouses and children.

Most of them either had to hire full time armed security and many just up and moved...they had no choice...the threat to their personal safety was that high.

Only Republicans did this....only Repubs do this. The ones responsible are the lowest of the low.

It's why I only vote for Dems or Independents or others and a very select few Repubs that still have any honor and make sense.
