The art collective who did this piece, Suka Off, is a Polish artists' collective founded in 1995 by Piotr Wegrzynski. They are radically political and do performance works, photography, and videos. I got more information on the performance group and on the performance yesterday. They have had difficulties with censorship from the Polish government and there were rumors that they might not be allowed back into Poland. I would imagine that this won't be allowed under European Union law in the long run...
