PHOENIX -- Phoenix police Tuesday arrested a man who shot a 76-year-old bus driver after a collision on Interstate 10 at State Route 51.
Benjamin Burden, 30, was entering I-10 from SR-51 when his vehicle was hit by an empty tour bus driven by Alvin David, CBS 5 News reported.
Burden, whose 1-year-old daughter was in the car at the time, said he felt the crash was intentional, according to CBS 5 News. Burden pulled out a gun and fired into the tour bus, hitting David twice in the face and once in the chest.
Police said David was taken to Good Samaritan Hospital and remains in critical but stable condition.
1-Why do these clowns thing shooting someone is the answer?
2-Why does this clown have a loaded gun in the car with his child???
