Yep. It is in German village. In the 70s it was a run down place now it is a very artsy fartsy place and VERY expensive to live there.... I may need a new suspension because driving in German village is rough.....

We have those brick roads in my hometown. On the east coast I think it’s only second to Charleston. The candy shop right beside Schmidt’s has some dark chocolate peanut butter cups…it took me three days to eat just one! I think it’s owned by the same family. Always a treat to go. There’s also a used book store that’s in a house a few blocks over I like to drop in on. Every room has a different theme and every room has its own music! Not sure if it’s part of the German Village but close enough.

Everyone get a drop on the weekend. I’m heading to San Fran today. Put a rose on Lesh’s monument.

What i believe the instructors doing is trying to reinforce their teaching. I showed you this way. Their may be other ways of getting the same answer but. I expect you to use the method I taught you to show that you understand it and can apply it. Usually the instructor teaches a certain method because she wants to build or expand on that method in the future. If you don't follow that method and use it or comprehend it. In the future when she refers to it or says to use it in the future you will be lost. IMO. ( stole from @likes2watchU )...lol

I get what you are saying. That's not how these online systems work. You get the problems the system gives you. No place to show work. These aren't simple problems, and they do have multiple correct solutions.

At PT conference last night, the HS math teacher said she has to do each problem herself, and excluded ones where the answer is too hard to type in. (An extra space will disqualify an otherwise correct answer). It's a known problem, and even the teachers know it sucks. It's what happens when you put web designers in charge of teaching kids math.

I did, too! There're always the ones who do minimal work and want to coast on the backs of the other group members.

Fortunately, by the time I was in that program, I knew how to deal with those people; I was a Nursing professor by then.

I was in the program with two of my friends, one of whom was a president at one of the local hospital systems. We were able to pick and choose others who wanted to join our group. (We had a reputation)

We always let prospective members know how the group worked and what the rewards/consequences would be for their actions. People tended to move through the program in a cohort so by the 2nd or 3rd class, we pretty much knew who we were dealing with.

I was blessed to find and join a similar cohort in my program as well. Really makes a difference!!

I have not but that is pure Bucket List material if you ask me. Thinking one should go sooner rather than later given how so many places are limiting or closing tourism to protect the spots (and rightly so tbh).
