Fly tying Club AGM was okay just too long at nearly three hours. Our Chair has verbal diahrrea! I could have done it in a third the time.

Today was a three hour site meeting …thank goodness I am on the hill tomorrow and a day shooting Saturday.

Interesting.

I know people have all sorts of reactions to them. I only tolerate low dose well. Don't sleep on higher dose, and retain a lot of water on them. But I feel good on them. I'm happier, actually have energy, can and do want to do things. I basically feel alive on them.

Oh, and when I left the area the other week.

Yep....
I tell you what cms needs to do is look at the payer side and make all the targets the same...... and fix attribution.... and get rid of doctor self select. Susan's aunts cousin neice brothers girlfriend likes dr Jones so Susan picks Dr Jones as her provider ...he goes on the insurance card and he is responsible for her til she gets and is seen by someone else. HOW IN THE HELL is dr Jones supposed to figure out what to do if the only way to fix it is to magically contact the patient to come in to be seen (with no contact info) or tell the patient to call the insurance company and tell them the "real" name of their doctor.... again with no contact info......

If the rules made sense it would be a lot easier

But a 7 week headache is out of the ordinary. Damn, bro. I hope you can get to the root cause of that.

Stress is obviously really bad. It might be something in your diet if it’s causing chronic pain.

Glad you are losing weight. And if the chronic pain lessons, perhaps you’ll lose more..

The “rules” are all about maximizing profit. Well-being and preventative care goes on the back burner.

Patients are fucked. And if you don’t have health care… (wait I violated the posts rules).
