Here I am all caught up at 2200 PDT! I'm considering going to bed early. My contractor and designer rocked up at 0900 today. I suspect they will again tomorrow. What IS it with people working at that ungodly time of the morning?!? Of course, if it means my bathrooms will get done sooner, I guess I can deal with it!

I'm seeing my Ophthalmologist tomorrow. I hope it isn't sunny! Have a wonderful Wednesday, everyone! Make time for some mischief!

Why would you when you have superior snow there? I just lived in LA at the time. It was a novelty thing. Totally rock and ice skiing. I kept my lift ticket for years afterwards.

We have snow. Superior? I dunno about that. But we have all kinds of it. Hoping for a good pile of it this year.

I have gels, too. And dip powder. See? An addiction! The only thing I haven't gotten into yet is polygels. However, I do have a few kits in an Amazon wish list!

Lately, I've been doing a gel base with regular polish on top. My nails are thin and fragile. They literally hurt if there's no product on them.

I never argued that you have an addiction. I'm not really a 'girly girl'. It was more for just strengthening my nails. But I have gotten a few pretty colors. Blooming gel to play with. Nail stickers, mostly butterflies because I love butterflies.

Your nails are probably hurting because you've filed them too thin. If that's that case, I'd suggest not doing anything at all and letting them grow completely out.

Well a busy day beckons. Out on the hill.working the boys and now on pheasants so harder work for us all. Then a mad rush to get to the fly tying club AGM...be starting teaching in a couple of weeks. So that's my Wednesday nights taken for 5 months!

I have watched several episodes but lost interest. I think it has some good actors and actresses. I am now watching the Old Man series. Being 72 I guess I relate.

Me, also, last night! Then I couldn't keep my eyes open today. I had a lovely nap!

A nap is in the plan today. I slept fine until 1, took Tylenol because my lower back hurt. Finally fell asleep. Up for taxi run this morning. Heating pad is on the back.

I have a whole-house generator. It lessens the urgency for taking care of these chores. Right now, I'm trying to eat what's in there and resist buying more ice cream.

I also make my own ice cream and just for special occasions! Ice cream never stays long at my house

Thanks. I feel very secure in the area I was assigned. In the other place 8 years ago, that is when we had to call the police for someone brandishing a weapon. My concern is to assure I know the plan for an active shooter scenario!

Prednisone is a VERY last resort for me! It turns me into a complete bitch! I can't even stand myself!

I love this! I have well over 100 polishes. I might have an addiction! Does anyone know of a NPA (nail polish addiction) meeting?

This picture is from when I set up my space. My polish rack is stuffed now and there could possibly be another storage case for polishes.

I'd share a pic of mine but there is a hole in the wall right below it that I haven't patched yet . I guess the oils weren't calming enough for him lol
