So a very good visit with sis without brother in law who has stage 5 kidney disease. She needed to both vent and get support for dealing with my BIL who acts in denial of his condition.

The 2 hours drive up and back with all construction delays has me fatigued. I caught up and saw 3 strikes and out!

Get well or stay well all.

Sometimes denial helps them cope in there own way. Or there way of trying to protect the ones around them. It's not selfish at all. He's trying to relieve the stress on his family while he's quite aware of his condition. He realizes his condition and its the only way he can help lessen the strain and stress on the ones he loves. And that love him. I'm sorry you and those you love are going through this, and I know you have the full support of us all. If you ever want to reach out you can contact anyone of us I'm sure. ❤

Super Fred has no pooter, and neither does TDK. One rip is on the inside of my dominant ring finger, and it kinda smarts a bit. That was from a bunny kick. The rest are holes on the back of that hand from the grab-n-hold move. There was blood.


No Kittehs were injured in the making of this funny story.

Both of the girls are being quiet attentive. It's probably some feline plot to monitor the h000man's activities to make sure he stays outta trouble.

I wasn’t headed to center city Philly today but to our office in Valley Forge PA. Long drive but I could take more back roads to get there. More beautiful autumn scenery.

Good, productive meetings. Good reconnections w people I haven’t seen in many years.

And may as beautiful coming home. I was counter commuting so the traffic wasn’t too bad. Got home just as it was getting dark.

This is my method. I have a visit with Cardio NP Woman this morning to evaluate where I stand with what we talked about that I should/could do when I was last there last Spring. I think she'll be pleased. I am.

It was an entertaining drive. I took The Long Way up and back and missed all the Mid-Atlantic Snarly Traffic. I saw some nice terrain and other than NYC and a few work zones, there were no slow-downs.


And Super Fred got to go 65 MPH effortlessly.

Sounds like a great road trip!
