Home. So is Super Fred - the car. Truck did great. We had a lovely visit in the seller's driveway when I got there yesterday afternoon. The Ford Guys, 3 Fords, and me, and 1 lonely Packard. So I loaded it on the trailer and brought it home.

Good morning Impy. I was catching up from last night.

My morning back ache is back. More stretching is needed.

The cold returned this morning and the rest of the week.

Feel better b2! Inkmwonthat bad back feeling… I have spinal stenosis and have to really stretch that back and hips and pelvis area a lot each morning.

And before bed.

Stretching is always a good thing, W. Just make sure your muscles are warmed up before you do so.

Coffee is a brewin and I am abt to be too. And then to the office.

Luckily I like my commute. I take all back roads and can enjoy the scenery, farmland and woods through Sourland Mountain area.

Once you figure it out I put small.dots on the cords and close to the laptop holes to remember of i have to unplug

I found some file labels in my husband's desk drawer. My plan is to trace each cable to it's source then label it where it's plugged in. I have a UPS as well as a tower power strip.

Absolutely..... sooo yummy.... and we can take a piece from the middle and cut in 5 pieces for the you know who's..... unless no table scraps?

My table scraps aren't scraps... when ivan was dying I would make him a ribeye and I would have a hot dog..... then I would sit on the floor and hand feed him and hold the bowl while he lapped up the broth at the end..... I loved him so much.... we were eachothers favorite

After 3 weeks of staying to same and a small gain 8 am down 5lbs. Of course I weigh naked in the kitchen.... so if you want to see me naked stand outside my dr window at 730 am.... there will be a show...hahahaha

You should always weigh naked right after you potty when you get up. You'll get your most accurate weight!

What a movie that was. Really a funny movie. Mike myers is a bit of a one trick pony but this and the first Austin powers were really great movies!!
