Who are the IRS whistleblowers?

There’s lots of name calling that goes on in this forum. People who have nothing substantive to say do it reflexively.
Yeah well, try bringing legit substance like..at least 10% of the time… and then maybe you can be one who calls out the name calling.

BabyBoobs misses the fact that decent, intelligent people calling out BabyBoobs’ lying and gaslighting IS THE “SUBSTANCE” of the posts.

For example:

In this thread, BabyBoobs claims / suggests that the right -wing “judge” and the right-wing pprosecutor not being on the same page regarding Hunter Biden’s plea deal points to corruption at the DOJ.

🙄

🤣

BabyBoobs also tried to pass off Catherine Herridge as some paragon of journalistic integrity / neutrality.

🙄

🤣

Those ^ are just two of the maaaaaany examples of BabyBoobs’ lying and gaslighting.

No matter the political issue being debated, BabyBoobs will invariably and unfailingly resort to lying and gaslighting to #WIN.

That ^ is what makes BabyBoobs a contemptible POS.

Just like the rapey, racist, misogynistic, corrupt orange traitor and every other RWCJ “member”.

The deal that was rejected by the judge was struck between the prosecution and defense teams. Turned out those two parties were not on the same page. The defense team thought the deal immunized the Biden lad from future prosecution. Not so said the prosecution. There is an ongoing investigation. Hunter is absolutely subject to more charges! That’s when one of the many recesses was called. The defense sheepishly accepted the new reality and the DOJ looks like fools or crooks.

Catherine Herridge is no longer an outlier reporter on this story. She now has lots of company. All your favorite news outlets are now covering this because they have to.

The deal never immunised Hunter from further charges, Christ get your fucking head out of the sand.

The issue in the deal was how to over see Hunter if he broke any terms in the deal. That is all, nothing more. But you keep right on believing what people write that agrees with your preconceived ideology.

From ABC News:

“Because the statement of facts included details about Biden's work in Ukraine and China, attorneys for Biden interpreted the immunity element to cover those overseas business endeavors. Prosecutors balked, framing the immunity deal in far narrower terms.”

See, he was not immune from further charges. Even ABC agreed. The reason the Judge didn't bind the agreement was over the "arbitrator. But you keep running around jerking, everytime someone writes something that gives you hope Hunter will get locked away.

Too bad you didn't scrutinise the previous administration's children as much as this one. If you had, then maybe you would have some credibility in this. But you didn't, so you don't

The defense clearly thought he was immune and the prosecution did nothing to squelch that presumption until Judge Noreika posed the question. Deflecting to Trump’s children doesn’t change what has been unfolding in the Biden Administration. The testimonies from whistleblowers and Judge Noreika’s exposure of the DOJs mishandling of Hunter’s case have been enlightening. On Monday the House committee will hear from Devon Archer.

And BabyBoobs continues to be a lying, gaslighting POS.

The “failure” was on the part of the right-wing prosecutor and the right-wing “judge”. This DOJ, under the truly independent leadership of Attorney General Merrick Garland, was hands off.

And I truly believe the right-wing prosecutor and the right-wing “judge” knew / know exactly what they were / are doing:

They purposefully created a situation where they could keep the spotlight on Hunter Biden / President Biden to distract from the orange elephant turd in the room and it’s truly significant legal problems.

Also:

The “testimony” from the IRS “whistleblowers” has been DESTROYED. Even the right-wing prosecutor debunked the “whistleblower’s testimony”.

The “whistleblowers” were also PAID by the orange POS’s former advisor, Kash Patel.

Also:

The gun charge Hunter Biden is pleading to is rarely, if ever, prosecuted.

Hope that ^ helps.

Again, as I said in another post, in a different thread. That is exactly what a good defence teams does; they push the envelope to get the best deal possible for their client.

You thinking Hunter's defence team doing that is something nefarious. Well your thinking is wrong. *chuckles* I suspect a big nothing burger on Monday, just like all the other nothing burgers you've served up about this.

BTW I am not deflecting anything about Trump's administration, I am just pointing out how you failed to hold that administration to the same standard. Now if you review my posting history, I have expressed that both issues (Ivanka and the Chinese Patents, Hunter and the Tax evasion) should be examined by the judicial systems. Have you, well the answer is no.

I’ve stated that I don’t blame the defense. They tried to make all of Hunter’s problems to vanish which is what defense lawyers are paid to do. It’s clear from their reactions in the hearing they thought thought this really was going to be rubber stamped. The prosecution agreed to an unprecedented sweetheart deal. Not a good look for the DOJ.

Sorry for reviving this thread. Have you seen what happened to the Boeing whistleblowers? Is that what happens when you just do the right thing?

No actual blowing is required. I cite to the mysterious lifelong vacation taken by Jimmy Hoffa as one example of this theory.

I feel confident that he is still enjoying that vacation at the tender age of 111. Damn, that means he was born while Taft was president.

I'm afraid that whistleblowers are all in danger when they decide to do it. They lose their jobs, their reputation, and sometimes, their lives.

I know that sometimes it should be done. At least they should get good lawyers, like Oberheiden P.C., to protect them and help them win the cases.
