I would be functionally evicted. Took me 3+ years to be able to stand in my sister's new place double-masked for more than 5 min without reacting. All she had done was an interior facelift (new floor treatment, window treatments, appliances, paint).

Ok...well when is no midge season.... I don't mind wearing a coat...... I hate biting Insects

No midge season is up to end of June or October. You can buy mesh hoodies. I have one for the hill. Only a problem if it’s warm and still. Cool with a wind and they aren’t an issue! No midge season means you miss the beautiful heather. Just get a hoody!

Our wildfowling season has technically begun but it’s early days and I am in no rush to get started. I did though get to the shooting ground to get a little practice on clays. Hit a reasonable number and missed more than I would like. It’s a good job geese are bigger than clays.

I know most of the gun nuts on here are into rifles but you might find my preferred fowling gun interesting. I am not sure many people have them in the US.
